Our goal at Gander Publishing is to provide customers with quality educational products. However, we understand that sometimes the product may not meet your needs. If the product you receive isn't what you'd hoped for, you may return it (subject to approval) for a refund within 30 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging, envelopes, and shrinkwrap unopened when applicable, and must be in new condition.

In the event of an eligible return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded.

Gander Publishing Digital subscriptions are not eligible for return. Please Note: All purchases of Gander Publishing Digital subscriptions are final.

Our Return Procedures

1. Contact customer service with your return request by calling 800-554-1819 or 805-541-5523, or by emailing customerservice@ganderpublishing.com. Reference the purchase date, customer number, and invoice/packing slip number.
2. Gander Publishing will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA# must be referenced on the outside of each package. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. The RMA# will expire 30 days from issue, so please send package immediately upon issue.
3. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the package.

Refunds are given when product has been received, inspected, and processed. Allow 7-10 days upon receipt of return for completion of processing.

If products are not in resalable condition, a customer service representative will contact you. The product will either be returned to you or, in some cases, can be accepted (with a restocking fee applied). Whenever possible, use the original packing materials to return merchandise as that will help prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used on the original order.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packing material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Gander Publishing.
